1. Vacuum tank

The vacuum tank is transported to the site as a whole after the pressure test has been completed.

3. Atmospheric tank
The structure of the atmospheric tank is double metal tank, and the outer tank adopts prestressed concrete structure; the upper tank and the underground tank, and the 20000m3 is mostly double metal tank.
There are a lot of special material can only be stored in low temperature environment, if the temperature is too high it is very easy to cause changes in metamorphic and performance of this kind of material, in order to facilitate the transportation, the transportation time will be placed in a cylinder in low temperature.
Cryogenic cylinders generally use 9%Ni steel, because the steel can maintain its high strength and excellent toughness at very low temperatures. 9%Ni steel welding technology is the key to the construction of low temperature gas cylinder.
Welding is a kind of special local heating and cooling process in the weld formation and the surrounding base material will inevitably be subjected to a special heat treatment, thus it is easy to form the organization and performance of a non-uniform welding heat affected zone.
